Fairhaven and Sophia Ville Collective Sales

A buyer has been found for the combined sites of Fairhaven and Sophia Ville, which are both in District 9. They were sold en bloc for S$62 million.

This deal was done by JLL Singapore, which is the marketing agent for the Fairhaven and Sophia Ville collective sale in Singapore.

In late August, the two collective sale sites that were next to each other started their tenders. They closed in late September. More than 80% of the people who live in the condo have agreed to proceed onthis en bloc sale.

The transacted sale price is less than what the owners want to get for their home.

It was put up for sale in August this year for SS$64 million. After some negotiation, the deal was made for SS$62 million.

In August, Yuen Sing Mansion sold for a good price. This will be the second site to sell together.

There are fewer and fewer items in the hands of developers, which makes the new launch sales even better.

This makes them want to find more land for their new projects so they can meet the needs of the people who buy them.

About Sophia Ville and Fairhaven site information

It’s a good place to live: Fairhaven and Sophia Ville are at 128 and 130 Sophia Road in the heart of Singapore’s prime district 9.

The freehold site is in the core central region (CCR), which is always a good place for developers to look.

Because it is close to a lot of things, it is one of the most popular residential homes in Singapore because it is so close to so many different things.

It takes up an area of 23,828 sq ft and has a gross plot ratio of 2.1. If you look at the URA’s 2019 Master Plan, it says that it is only for residential use.

53,541 square feet is the gross floor area. This means that the developer can turn it into a single, large prime residential property at Orchard Sophia Condo.

There is an MRT station called Dhoby Ghaut, which is about 400 meters away from the prime site. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the shopping district of Orchard Road from there.

The en-bloc site is near some very good schools and other places where people learn. It’s only a short drive to the business district and the marina, so you can get there quickly.

Homebuyers will be very interested in this site if it is turned into a residential area.
